SO, What DO You Want?

Starting a Home Based Business can be a life changing undertaking.  It all depends on why you are starting a business, what your goals and your expectations are.  Yes, your expectations.  When a home based business is actually treated as a real business and not a hobby and if you are using a business model designed to create true wealth, then the results can be phenomenal.  But if you do not have specific expectations, just looking to see what you get, then your chances of business success are greatly diminished.  You must be absolutely clear about what you want. 

Most people who start a business from home, do so with the expectation of “giving it a try” and maybe making a few extra dollars.  Success never has come from trying, it only comes from deciding and doing.  These are mindset principles, not necessarily action principles.  Trying is a scapegoat, an easy way out if success does not happen. 

There is a reason so many highly successful millionaires come from the Home Based Business Industry.  They do so because they KNOW what they want.  All highly successful Home Business Owners (True Entrepreneurs) will tell you they had clear and specific goals when they started.  They will also tell you they started their business without the option of failure.  For myself, I never expected anything other than success and this is a mindset you must have to be highly successful. 

My point is simple, get very clear on what you want and expect from your business.  Do you want to make a few extra dollars?  Do you want to have time to be with your family?  Do you want to create absolute wealth?  All of these are very possible and much more probable when you get clear on what you really want.
